Peerless Hospitex Hospital & Research Centre Ltd., Kolkata Dec 2024 – Present- Actively involved in end-to-end implementation of a new Hospital Management System (HMS), including requirement gathering, workflow mapping, UAT coordination, and Go-Live support in a multi-speciality hospital environment.
- Configured and maintained HMS master data such as doctor profiles, department setup, service/procedure masters, tariff & rate updates, and user role mappings to ensure accurate billing and clinical workflows.
- Developed, customized, and enhanced HMS/HIS functionalities to streamline OPD, appointment scheduling, consultation, and administrative operations.
